CPD: 15 minutes – Practice management and business skills (MCLE Rule 6.1.2)

In this session, former corporate lawyer and legal tech founder Warwick Walsh will lead an interactive session that will demonstrate how design thinking can help corporate counsel and law firms to identify challenges, explore opportunities and design solutions to meet the growing operational demands of the modern legal function.
 
The session will:

• Give practical tips on running virtual design sessions with your own teams;
• Use a whiteboarding tool called Mural, which attendees can access during the presentation (no installation or account required)
• Outline how legal teams can design for the future and align to business requirements.
